Frequently asked questions
When is the fee share credited?
When a referral's position settles. Positions that are voided return their fee in full and do not qualify.
Can rewards be withdrawn?
Fee rewards are credited to your balance as a bonus and are subject to the standard turnover requirement before withdrawal. Points are not cash and can only be exchanged for items on the Rewards page.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. The oldest points are used first when you redeem.
Are there any restrictions?
One account per person. Referring accounts you control is a breach of the terms and results in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any rewards.
