How are points earned?
One point for every 100 traded on a position that settles won or lost. Voided positions earn nothing. If you referred a friend, you also receive a share of the points they earn.
When are points credited?
When the position settles, not when it is opened. Points from referrals are credited at the same moment as the referral's own.
Can points be converted to cash?
No. Points are exchanged for items in the catalogue only. They cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
What happens after I redeem?
Points are deducted immediately and the order appears under Your redemptions as Processing. Our team dispatches the item to the address you provided and marks it Dispatched. If an item cannot be supplied, the points are returned in full.
